BOOK A DISCOVERY CALL

Evidence-Based,
Mind, Body, Spirit Transformation

Rooted in evidence-based approaches and integral awareness, IAM empowers practitioners to guide clients from reactive patterns to secure, embodied, and relationally intelligent ways of being. It is not just a tool—it offers a dynamic approach to turn states into traits, deepen connection, and create holistic change.

This is you...

To a significant degree, human life can be described as that of a social being—with a mind and body—moving through time and space, with a range of perspectives available to them.

The Integral Attunement Matrix (IAM) maps this dynamic complexity by highlighting six interconnected dimensions that shape your experience: Time, Perspectives, Attachment, Body, Mind, and Approach/Avoid Energetics.

By attuning to these dimensions, you can support your clients to move from reactive patterns to a more integrated, secure, and authentic way of living.

In the context of Creator Therapy and Coaching, understanding attachment goes beyond fixed styles. It’s about recognizing base scripts, tendencies, and embodied patterns that shape how clients relate to themselves and others. By observing and investigating attachment dynamics, practitioners can help clients move from reactive patterns to secure, conscious connections, both in the present and as they shape their relational future.

The Big 3 Perspectives draw on Ken Wilber’s integral theory, encompassing the intrapersonal, interpersonal, and transpersonal dimensions of human experience. Rather than treating perspectives as fixed viewpoints, we explore how clients can cultivate processing that aligns with benevolence towards oneself, others, and the greater whole. By guiding clients to reflect on their personal lens, relational dynamics, and the broader context, practitioners help them develop more adaptive, holistic, and compassionate ways of seeing and being.

Time is more than a sequence of events—it’s a dynamic dimension where the past, present, and future interact to shape clients' experiences. IAM helps you understand how past experiences and beliefs continue to influence their present, while also guiding how you can work with their current choices to shape better futures. By becoming more conscious of this flow, you can support your clients to move from reactive cycles to purposeful, intentional living.

By attuning to this dimension, practitioners help clients navigate their historical narratives, recognize how past patterns are still active, sense how present choices shape reality, and identify intentional actions that can shape their future. In short, it supports moving beyond reactive cycles toward purposeful, conscious living.

Working with the mind is about improving epistemological processing—i.e. how clients make sense of their experiences. IAM maps the mind as a narrative system that shapes beliefs about self, others, and the world. This system integrates metacognitive awareness, constructed meaning-making, and embodied implicit knowing. By working with the mind, practitioners help clients gain insight into how their beliefs are formed, how they shape their reality, and how to shift outdated or limiting narratives.

In our approach, the body is an active agent of transformation. IAM highlights the body as a neuroaffective system that integrates the polyvagal system with emotional regulation and somatic awareness. Practitioners learn to attune to clients' embodied experiences, recognizing how the body holds emotional patterns, tracks somatic signals, and utilizes embodied awareness to support regulation and resilience. By working with body wisdom, practitioners help clients move tap creative insights and move from dysregulation to safety, fostering self-connection and somatic integration.
